We take a team approach in every construction project. We hire skilled local contractors and organize our timelines to get the most from their expertise and time on site. We provide a Site Lead for each home remodel, a project expert with all information about every aspect of the plan. If you have any questions or concerns during construction, you can talk with the Site Lead directly.
Sometimes we come across unforeseen challenges during construction, such as discovering rot in the walls or beams. If we encounter any barriers to our work, the Site Lead will communicate with you and liaison with the office regarding any change orders or adjustments. We prioritize communication and customer experience in each of our projects. When a problem arises, we will ensure you’re informed and have options.
There should never be a time when you’re surprised by the work happening in your home. We take extra steps to ensure every client is informed and knows what to expect during every phase of their remodel.
We understand the organization and planning required to perform work at the highest level.
We take great pride in our comprehensive bid proposals. Each Frame to Finish remodel proposal is thoughtfully crafted and thoroughly outlines every phase of the project in extensive detail. In addition to the robust project estimate, each home remodel proposal includes a detailed work schedule including all work being performed, when it will be done, and what that process will look like.
Because of this focus on transparency, and the extra effort invested in the planning phase, we have a high success rate for staying on time and on budget. We also believe that knowing exactly what to expect and understanding the entire process contributes to our reputation for providing a great client experience.

We place significant emphasis on protecting your home during construction. We utilize a variety of strategies to create a containment zone around the work space and protect the living areas of your home. Learn more about how we protect your home.
Our comprehensive proposals outline the entire scope of work in extensive detail. Proposals include a thorough project estimate and a detailed work schedule of all work being performed, when it will be done, and what that process will look like.
The first conversation with Ben Jones, Frame to Finish Owner, includes extensive notes about your vision, your goals, and your needs during the project. Ben will walk through the process in detail and follow up with a detailed email to summarize the key points.
Our team places a significant emphasis on protecting your home while we are inside it. We commit to treating your home in the way we would treat our own, and make sure every step is taken to protect your living spaces from the disruption of the remodel.
One of our first activities at the beginning of a remodel is to apply floor coverings and create dedicated pathways in the workspace and throughout any entry and exit paths we plan to use. We also create containment areas, hang sheeting and construct zip walls to protect the non-work areas from dust and debris. When possible, we employ the use of negative pressure systems and we have invested heavily in HEPA filtration vacuums.
We’re glad we chose to go with Ben and Bret and the team at Frame to Finish for our project which included front steps, a landing and new entry door. They were responsive with bidding and our initial inquiry and punctual with the work and completed it on schedule. Best of all, they worked with us on our preferences and were creative about helping us stay within budget which was a big concern for us. They are skilled and operate with integrity and I can’t recommend them enough to others. We love our front steps and new door and will enjoy them for years to come.

Ben and his crew did a major repair and remodel on a very challenging, older, custom construction home that was an investment property for us. Throughout the project, Ben was friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with on all things, even challenging, less-than-pleasant issues that came up. Ben delivers very detailed, well-written, clear, responsive emails and explanations on everything going on with your project in a very timely manner. The finished results on the home were stellar and exceeded what we hoped for when the project began.

Ben and Brett are salt of the earth. They bring such incredible care to their work! Their investment is well beyond expectation. Doing a home renovation project is painful - the disruption to your home and the expense - but working with Frame 2 Finish honestly makes the whole process so much easier. We will hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being amazing!

We are so happy with our experience with Frame to Finish! They delivered quality work in a timely manner for a fair price. They communicated well, and worked to find creative ways to give us quality materials within our budget. You can also tell that the guys all get along - the work environment they created in the house was friendly and cheerful. I love my new kitchen and bathroom!
So glad that we found Frame to Finish and will definitely use them again for any future work!

We had two cedar decks with railing and stairs built by Frame to Finish and we were so happy with the decks that we had them come back and put in a tile floor in our master bathroom.
They were at all times courteous and professional.
We recommended them to our sister in law, she’s having them do some work in her kitchen. A wonderful group!

Frame to Finish did a major part of the giant remodel we accomplished in 2021 and did beautiful work. Ben and Bret have consistently been excellent at communication and execution of a wide variety of projects. They did general demolition and construction, two bathroom remodels (multiple rooms in both baths), tile wainscot, trim, and tile flooring with in-floor heat, created a custom platform for the raised soaking tub, maple flooring, and laundry room remodel. Ben always had solid advice, was compliant with our personal covid protocol, and was a joy to have around.

Ben Jones and his team really came to our rescue after a water pipe burst in October and left a lot of damage on two floors. Ben was very straight-forward about the damage and what could and should be done. We worked out a plan/budget with his help identifying options. Supply chain problems caused some delays, but that wasn't the contractor's fault and Ben did everything possible to adjust to get things done. The crew were polite, responsive, diligent and conscientious about cleaning up. The work was carefully and professionally done. I recommend them without reservation.

Ben and crew completed the tile floor, walls and shower for our bathroom remodeling project. We really enjoyed working with the entire crew.
Communication was great and Ben was especially responsive when the inevitable issues arose during the process. Definitely recommend!

We provide residential construction and home remodels in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Much of our work takes place in the greater Bellingham area, and our team members primarily live in this community as well.
We spend extra time setting up containment areas, protecting living areas, and cleaning up after the workday. Whenever possible we employ negative pressure systems to further contain all debris to the dedicated area. We also use HEPA vacuum systems in favor of a standard shop vac or a broom.
Our comprehensive timeline serves as the work plan for the entire project. We’ve already considered any constraints or limitations and adjusted the timeline accordingly, if needed. This detailed timeline keeps the project on schedule, and ensures you know what to expect, when, and for how long.
